Product Introduction
1. 7075 aluminum alloy is a cold-treated forging alloy with high strength, far better than mild steel. 7075 is one of the most powerful alloys for commercial use. After heat treatment, it can reach very high strength characteristics. The 7075 material is generally added with a small amount of copper, chromium and other alloys. Among the series, the 7075-T651 aluminum alloy is especially the top grade. It is known as the best product among the aluminum alloys. It has high strength and far better than any mild steel. This alloy also has good mechanical properties and anodic reaction.
2. 7075 mainly contains zinc. It also belongs to the aviation series. It is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat-treatable alloy, and a super hard aluminum alloy with good wear resistance. The 7075 aluminum plate is stress-relieved and will not deform or warp after processing.
All super-large and super-thick 7075 aluminum plates are ultrasonically detected, which can ensure no blisters and impurities. The high thermal conductivity of 7075 aluminum plates can shorten the forming time and improve work efficiency. The main feature is that the hardness of 7075 is a high-hardness, high-strength aluminum alloy, which is often used to manufacture aircraft structures and futures. It requires the manufacture of high-stress structural parts and molds with high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
Typical use/ Applications
7075 is mainly used to manufacture aircraft structures and other high-stress structural parts that require high strength and corrosion resistance, such as aircraft upper and lower wing panels, stringers, etc. After solution treatment, the plasticity is good, the heat treatment strengthening effect is good, it has good strength below 150 degrees, and has particularly good low temperature strength, poor welding performance, and stress corrosion cracking tendency. It is also widely used in mold processing, mechanical equipment, tooling and fixtures, aerospace industry, blow molding (bottle) molds, ultrasonic plastic welding molds, golf heads, shoe molds, paper molds, foam molding molds, dewaxing molds, machinery Equipment for making high-end aluminum alloy bicycle frames.
